Coordinated multiple disciplines to create estimates and assembled them into a +/- 10% budget for a $24 million project.
Tracked cost to budget utilizing SAP, provided itemized budget comparisons, and created progress reports.
Consistently adapted to and documented changing design basis and client reporting needs.
Reviewed Bill of Material, Purchase Orders, and Invoices to monitor quality and track to budget.
Wrote and managed all Change Orders for the project.
