Updated pharmaceutical plant to meet regulatory requirements for Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Maximum Achievable Control Technology Requirements (MACT).

Key Achievements:

  • Coordinated multiple disciplines to create estimates and assembled them into a +/- 10% budget for a $24 million project.

  • Tracked cost to budget utilizing SAP, provided itemized budget comparisons, and created progress reports.

  • Consistently adapted to and documented changing design basis and client reporting needs.

  • Reviewed Bill of Material, Purchase Orders, and Invoices to monitor quality and track to budget.

  • Wrote and managed all Change Orders for the project.
